Launch of Spring Cleaning and New Rent Collection Methods

Dear Resident,

When taking over Gray’s Creek Mobile Home Community in December 2018, we made a commitment to improve the visual appeal of the community, increase responsiveness to residents’ needs, and maintain the sense of safety and family orientation within the community. These remain our top priorities for the foreseeable future and we are pleased to announce the new initiatives below as further demonstration of our commitment to making Gray’s Creek Mobile Home Community a great place to live.  

Recent Improvements and Future Plans for 2019

We hope you appreciate the recent upgrades to the community: new fences, new signs, and new lighting surrounding the mail boxes.  These are just the beginning of the improvements that we plan to implement in 2019. Future plans include resolving the historical water quality issues, fixing potholes throughout the community, removing debris from the community, and upgrading the exteriors of several homes in the community.  While we are excited to implement these improvements and are well underway with our plans to deliver in 2019, we also welcome your feedback on additional improvements that you would like to see in the community.

Spring Cleaning Saturday’s - April 6th, 13th, 20th and 27th

Consistent with our goal of improving the visual appeal of the community, we are launching Spring Cleaning Saturday’s, a weekly event, beginning April 6th and lasting through April 27th.  During the event, which will occur 10am - 6pm each Saturday in April, we will be offering the following support to all interested residents of Gray’s Creek Mobile Home Community:

  • Trash Removal - Assistance will be provided to those needing debris and bulk trash removed from their homes and/or lots.  Dumpsters and labor will be provided.

  • Exterior Home Washing - We will be washing the exteriors of several homes in the community.  If you are interested in having your home’s exterior cleaned, we can provide equipment and labor to assist with the job.

  • Home Painting, Skirting, and Roof Sealing - We will be painting homes, sealing roofs, and repairing skirting on several homes in the community.  If you are interested in any of these improvements for your home, we can provide subsidized material and labor.

To kick-off Spring Cleaning Saturday’s, we will be holding a Bar-B-Q launch event within the community on Saturday, April 6th 3pm - 5pm.  Food and non-alcoholic beverages will be provided free of charge to all interested residents.  Please join us to meet the management team, learn about the plans for the community, and enjoy time with your neighbors!

New Payment Options Available

We are pleased to announce that we are deploying new payment options in April that will make it easier and more convenient for you to pay your monthly rent.  The details on the new options are listed below. In addition, Richard Baxley, our Park Manager, will be available to guide you through the setup details and answer your questions in the coming days.

1) Register with PayLease to Pay Rent Digitally:

  • How to use: Visit our website ( and select "Pay Rent".  Use the PayLease account # outlined in the PayLease materials shared with you and setup an account online.

2) Use CashPay Card to Pay Rent at a Local Walmart and Other Retail Locations:

  • How to use:  Present the CashPay card shared with you to the cashier/agent at the retail location.  Find local retail establishments accepting CashPay by visiting: and entering the nearest zip code.

3) Deposit Rent at local Bank of America Branch (no change to original deposit method):

  • How to use:  Visit a local Bank of America Branch, fill out a deposit slip with the information below, and submit your payment to the bank teller

IMPORTANT:  Include your lot/space number and your name as a memo on the deposit slip.  Without this information, we cannot credit your account with the deposited rent.

2019 Move-in Incentives for Potential Residents and Referral Incentives for Current Residents Announcement

We are excited to announce our new incentive programs for potential and current residents. Prospective residents can qualify for financial assistance towards their moving costs and up to 3 months of free lot rent. Current residents can earn up to $250 on their monthly statement for referring new residents to Gray’s Creek Mobile Home Community.
